YEC over the years

Hosted by the Business Club at The Doon School, ‘The Young Entrepreneurs´Conference’ (YEC) has been encouraging students nationwide to pursue entrepreneurship and use their business acumen to add something to society, build something of value and make our existing world better and stronger. YEC has been instilling the values of time management, critical thinking, confidence, and risk management into its participants, all of which are indispensable for their entrepreneurial fortitude. Over the past decade, this conference has provided a learning opportunity to its participants who can gain from the perspectives of a diverse range of individuals in different stages of their entrepreneurial journey who share the same passion for ubiquitous innovation, whether they be experienced or novices. The Young Entrepreneurs Conference, adapting to the times, has provided students with a new and contemporary symposium each year, testing the participants´ neoteric knowledge and causing the experience in the conference to be heightened even further.

Think Big, Go Beyond

With the theme 'Think Big, Go Beyond,' The Young Entrepreneurs Conference 2025 aims to establish the importance of ambition in today's competitive and ever-changing world. Aiming for great heights is a first and necessary step in achieving large-scale success of any kind, especially in the financial and business worlds. This also includes the ability to not let setbacks bring you down, instead using challenges as a source of learning and motivation. This theme also establishes the need of dynamic planning for the future, ensuring that you can emerge ever-competitive in any situation. Through the medium of debate, discussion, and collaborative thinking in committee sessions, YEC ‘25 inculcates skills to succeed in the most challenging of environments. We believe that the power of ambition and planning are the two skills which guarantee success in any scenario, and we are looking forward to seeing that thought come to life at the 12th Edition of the Young Entrepreneurs Conference.
